Re: BSoD (Newbie, LA, CBM 1.92) [Started!]
Well, it is not the main reason. I mean no offence, but Patala had major problems with strategy.

Oh, certainly. I just haven't said anything because I've already said everything I've got (Bogarus being big, I'm fighting Pangaea and Bogarus [whose now got another 40 man communion breathing down my neck and is approaching my capital, btw, and people should stop Bogarus before he gets too big, etc]), so any more public diplomacy from me would be rehashed beatings of the longdead horsemen.
I'm delaying the hosting of this turn by a day or two so Hooley will be guaranteed time to turn in his next turn (he asked for a 72 hour turn).

I'm alive too. Just shy. Its been a fun game. its ashame Patala and the first R'lyeh player didn't quite get it together but c'est la vie.
I'm enjoying sparring with LL. a true gentleman as well as a very very strong player.
Its a good group to play with, but most of the games on here have been.
Of course. there are other strong nations out there also.
Also: LL is starting a new LA game. There may be a few openings left. I've grabbed Abysia. Was thinking Chelms or Midgard but they got taken. S'ok though, I was indecisive. Ermor is still open over there if anyone wants it. As well as Bogarus if anyone wants to play the nation you hear so much about on this board.

In other random news:
-Pangaea continues to fight both Midgard and Marignon
-Ermor is massing about 3000 troops that have full bellies of Monkey brains. Looks like Abysia is trying to hold them off.
-Weather has gotten awfully nice here. Allergies are killing me though.
-My boys just turned 4. WooHoo.
-I hate printer issues. If I had to deal with those all day I'd become a hermit or a monk.
-Having a blast playing MP. Where was this when I was younger and actually had time on my hands!
-I bet there are no allergy issues in Ermor.
-Keep looking at the world a little bit askew
-Need to learn more about lutefisk.
Cheers!

Abysia isn't holding off Bone Daddy, it's Bone Daddy who's holding off Abysia! Abysia is the one who seized Armavir from us and has been reinforcing it ever since. This is a shame since the Armavirans were most eager to join Bone Daddy's great rapture (also known as Armageddon by you non-believers) after we liberated it from Patala.
However, Bone Daddy isn't bothered since sometimes it's nice to know that someone else cares about our desolate lands as much as we do, and Abysian flesh does taste pretty yummy. It's not quite like Monkey Brains, but it has a very distinctive smoky flavor that many of us enjoy -- and we seem to have run out of monkeys down here.
Bone Daddy will confess: He was quite dissapointed that Abysia didn't accept our invitation and venture further South to join us in a great feast we were planning at our capital. We brought lots of plates, pots, and a several very large cauldrons, but our entree never showed up
One of my enterprising Dusk Elders thought that if they wouldn't come join us, then why don't we come up to them?! Bone Daddy was like, "Brilliant! Round everyone up and bring your forks and spoons -- we're headed North!"

Glad to hear you decided to invade the north. Guess it got kind of boring down south...what with all those dead monkeys and dead grass and just about dead everything. I suspect you are bringing a friend along too perhaps? The more the merrier.
Just please bring some air freshener along. I've heard y'all have a bit of an odor about you!

Some of this data is a bit off.
-Ermor is massing about 8,000 troops, and has another 5,000 nearby. On the other hand, Abyssia is pretty good at chaff clearing, so who's winning this war is actually kind of questionable.
-You don't need to learn more about lutefisk. You don't want anything to do with lutefisk. Screw lutefisk.

Fish marinated and aged with lye, containing traces of arsenic. Sounds really appetizing to me.
Which reminds me...
