Re: SeaOfInnocence - All ages newb game
Greetings everyone!
As the new field marshal of this crumbling empire, I ask u to shed light on diplomatic agreements involving my precedessor. Since our god has been banished and we have no contact with it, could any of you - who have seen him/her/it - how it looked like? just to help us recognize him in case we find him again.
very nice nice map, i have never played on it!

The ermor god was a lord of the gates with either 4 or 6 in 4 paths.. air, fire, death.. and something else?
And as far as I know, all your land fairing neighbors hate you, and probably the ones at sea too.

Welcome to our game!
I indeed confirm that I hate you. Too many bakemono villages, once filled with love, happiness and joyful children, are but dust and desolation because of you.

they would have died anyway. now they have died as happy families, before growing bored of each other, or getting divorced, quarelling all day etc...

Re: SeaOfInnocence - All ages newb game
"hungry vultures"?
O Lord of the Druids, I respectfully beg your pardon. We are defending ourselves against a source of evil that kills us even if not attacking with conventional armies - and actually Man was indeed invaded by the undead horde. In return, we get desolated wasteland.
It is easy to sympathize with the Late-Ermorian Abomination from a distance. But rejoice that some brave nations take the burden to fight it off, as otherwise even distance, eventually, will not protect you from all the evil magic it can release on our world. Just ask your aged druids how they would fency living under Burden of Time?

Actually, thats a good point. Kill the Undead menace!!!
(you know that when you are not involved in a conflict you usually support the underdog. But yea the Burden of Time point was very persuasive )

That is exactly the same use of words as in every war be it agression or plain conquest: the enemy is "evil", and we are just "defending" ourselves (just like the usa in iraq or the crusades in the middle ages).
I wonder who is having invasion armies in whose provinces...

The crusades were simply taking back old Byzantine provinces for Christianity (the proper Catholic version... not that heretic Orthodox nonsense). If you really want to go into the "who took whose" land in the middle east you can go back a very long ways without really solving anything.
At the end of the day, might makes right. If you blanket the world with undead, who is going to tell you that you were too aggressive?

and i fail to see why orthodox christianity is more (or less) nonsense than catholicism. altho i know them both for some (enough) extent.
