Another map and some images of Ford Mk VI ACs being loaded onto C-133s for the trip to the Congo and then operational in the Congo.

I think I found where it took place in reference to the Army Map from using the clues:
Golf Course Road
+Railroad line
+location of Jadotville
The red area is where I think it took place.

I spoke too soon. Apparently it's not perfect, because as soon as you try to edit it in SPCAMO...it becomes all messy. :-(

There's only one solution:
Write my own map modification software.
I actually do have experience in this; since a few years back, I wrote a map dumper/repacker for War in the Pacific Admiral's edition:
