Can I use my avatar as the pretender image? No wait, that just give me a big head (yes I know I just set myself up)

Hm, I think I'd fit better in Angband, where there's the WEIRD_MIND flag; in Dominions, a Demon Jester might be the best fit.

Re: What do you expect to be in the next patch?
I'm hoping that in the next patch they'll add a copy command for modders! It would copy all creature (or weapon, spell, etc.) information into a new creature # so you could alter stuff without changing the original or doing it all by hand.

I suggested some time ago, also for site and/or item modding if/when they come available.
For the original meaning of this thread, I expect that there are twice as many new features as bug fixes.
Also, I would like to see one of the above-mentioned, or even "my" idea of the #copy-command.

Re: What do you expect to be in the next patch?
I would absolutely love to see a command that allows you to create heroes. I would love to create a nation with completely uninspiring national units and mages but a bunch of good heroes (~10) and see how it fares. In fact i already have a nasty idea in mind when/if they allow you to add heroes.... yes... its been percolating in my brain for some time now, and it revolves completely around heroes... heroes and a wonderful book written by a fellow named Zelazny about another fellow who never claimed to be a god. Then again he never claimed not to be a god. Circumstances being what they were, Neither admission could be of any benefit. Silence, though, could.

Re: What do you expect to be in the next patch?
I hope magic site modding would be included in some future patch, mainly because being able to make personalized starting sites for modded nations would be nice.

I'd like to see a much improved messaging options (to delete only one, copy&paste, settings that allows you to choose 2 or 3 or more nations but not all and so on)

Re: What do you expect to be in the next patch?
Some (even most basic) support for alliancs in MP games, which could be used for temporarely alliances in regular MP games as well as team vs team MP games.
But I guess it is unlikely to happen, since it would probably required significant changes to the code.
