Re: OT: Good quotes
One of my favourites from Red Dwarf:
Hideous mutant vampire polymorph disguised as a beautiful woman: "Hi, 'm the Genetic Mutant"
Cat: "Jenny who?"
From http://www.sockbaby.com (episode 1)
"Go back to your alien brethren, and tell thedm that Ronnie Cordova says they're gay!"
(Normally I wouldn't find that funny, but sockbaby is awesome.)

Re: OT: Good quotes
"Me, me, me"....."Me too" Agent Smith 1 says the first part, to Agent Smith 2 (who says the second part) in the Matrix Reloaded after Agent Smith 1 takes over the body that became Agent Smith 2's. I dunno, I just love that, maybe you have to have seen it. Great movies.
It is like wiping your *** with silk. - The Merovingian in the Matrix Reloaded. That one cracks me up too.

Re: OT: Good quotes
"Never - EVER - invade unless you know you can outsmart the enemy at all points. And even then make sure you outnumber him at least 10 to 1!"
-me
"War is decided by the smallest of inconveniences - rioting border colonies, drops in construction speed due to pop leaving the planet on a colonizer, stars going nova without reason....."
-again, me
"They haven't defeated you until they've destroyed all your stars, wiped out your colonies, eliminated all orbital defenders and have overwhelming ground forces on your homeworld..... and even THEN you're not defeated!"
-again, me
"What do you mean, the Emperor of the Khartozia Imperium needs a life just because he's referring to himself in the third person nowadays?"
-me..... again

Re: OT: Good quotes
"No plan survives first contact with the enemy." - Marketing slogan for MOO3, which was unfortunately much less successful than whatever famous general the quote was taken from

Re: OT: Good quotes
No it was unfortunate, MOO3 just wasn't any good. It was a crushing disappointment that's why it wasn't successful, nothing unfortunate about it.

Re: OT: Good quotes
'"What was that?" Jerry asked, peering over the edge.
"I think it was a ninja dwarf," Wiz said wonderingly.
Danny frowned. "That sounds like a character from a D&D game." He thought for a second. "A bad D&D game."'
Rick Cook, The Wizardry Cursed. I've quoted him before in these threads, and never used up everything.
