Re: Official Image Collection
Righty-o.
Andrés: I need a credits.txt for your jedi temple, as well as the space monster components!
PS: another update to all the packs!
-< Visit the SE4 Image Mod Page>-
PPS: I've actually made a submission of my own!
I took the beam weapons, and added:
- variable brightness beams
- spinning colors
- a twin beam
- an electricity beam with side fingers.
- and those crazy Quake-like beam + helix shots!

Re: Official Image Collection
You can put my green/magneta/cyan/whatever stars in too. They're in the files forum.

Re: Official Image Collection
Just mention my name and email for the monster comps.
The Jedi Temple is based in a mesh I downloaded from Sci-Fi 3d ( http://www.theforce.net/scifi3d/ ) and was originally modeled by someone called Ian Foster, but of course the owner of the credits is Lucasfilms Ltd.

Re: Official Image Collection
Posting a direct link would have been nice .
quote: It might work, but the problem is that if you colonized that 'asteriod', and changed the athmosphere, it would become a planet of another type.
Just make that planet size have a limit of zero facilities. You could still build units and grow a few million population there.
PS: In your Magenta/Cyan Star zip, you've got 5 minis and only 4 portraits. You'll have to try that upload again.
The Green Stars went through fine.

Re: Official Image Collection
Here are 3 planet pics I did a while back. All three were taken from screen shots and cleaned up. One is Cybertron, one is Unicron's Head (from Transformers), and one is King Kai's planet from DBZ.
OldPlanets.zip
credit.txt
Here it is. My bad.

Re: Official Image Collection
The only planets I've gotten so far are from Matryx.
I'm not going to download entire mods to pick 50Kb pieces out of. Just link me to the planets BMPs.
PS: Are they original renderings, or extracted from somewhere?
I was really impressed with the results of my Helix Cannon beam image (in sig)
If you're using 800x600 or a really big monitor, you can see that the bendy beam really does curl around behind the straight beam!

Re: Official Image Collection
I think there is another planet mod out. Adds about 20 more planets. I look for it. Also, there were, is, a Warp Engine component image as well. I have that one. I don't know who made it, but I think its still in the old archievs.

Re: Official Image Collection
Atrocities, this might be what you're talking about :
seivplanets071.zip
I was to lazy to search for it on shrapnel, so I spent 5 minutes uploading it.
