Re: Weekend
I have no fear that you can sacrifice up plenty more imps where those came from. The bottom half of the map is mictlan green as far as the eyes can see. Between you and Abysia, virgin females will soon be a endangered species

Hmm....
I'm not sure how the rest of you guys feel about "Mictlan Green as far as the eye can see", but to me (and I assume, Ryleh), it's a little scary.
Not that I'm threatening to attack you, oh mighty Gay George! The Vanheim empire is a peaceful one. We wish no such conflict!

The Imp-blood is always greener on the other side?

Re: Mictlan Green as far as the eyes can see
For a third time the pretender of Tien Chi, Yuck Fou, meets his death on the battlefield at the hands of the Jotuns. This battle was actually somewhat unexpected... the northern half of the map seems now to be plagued by scouting problems, as seems to happen on Faerun after the game reaches a certain point.
Therefore, almost by accident, a TC army blundered upon my significantly stronger force on the approaches to the Giantspire watchtower. I can only assume he could not see my army, as it had easily beaten armies two or three times the size of this particular TC force. All seven TC commanders were killed, Including Yuck Fou (who stayed in human form during the battle) and Ho Hsien-ku, an immortal hero of TC, done to final death in unfriendly dominion.
Victory and Glory for Jotunheim!!

Game problem!!
Hey All, I have a big problem with our game. I stopped being able to get any troop reports...even to not seeing any "squares" around prov flags. Is anyone else having that problem?
It started maybe 5 or 6 turns ago, but I thought it would clearup. But no such luck.

Re: Game problem!!
Heh. *snicker* That's one reason some of us don't like to play the Faerun map - not that it isn't a handsome map, but it's too big.
And that means long games with huge armies, and Dominions2 gets ... flaky when there's too many units, one of the first most visible symptoms being that scouting becomes completely worthless, and you can't even see the huge armies around you. Great stuff, eh? At least everyone should have the same handicap.

Re: Game problem!!
Klatu: as mentioned in my little report, there is a bug with the Faerun map where scouting no longer works... it seems to always happen in the north eastern part of the map too.
BTW that was a mound of PD you put in Narfell. It actually did some real damage to my army! It has made me rethink my strategy a little bit, to say the least.
Man's offensive against Abysia proceeds apace I see! Truly the noble forces of Man, with the power of goodness and honour, and more importantly being on the RIGHT side cannot fail against the vile evilness of Abysia? Die, Abysia, Die!
