I put the game to 48 hrs. Personaly I'd prefer to stay at 24 for at least awhile longer.

I apologize for my impulsive decision. I just got back from a Living Greyhawk Battle Interactive and I was still in aggressive combat mode. While staring at the screen, I could just see your minions taunting me across the border, and my insecurity led me to strike a bit hastily. I would of course be willing to cease hostility, and allow civility to prevail, now that I am back in my normal mental state. We wish to be friends with the great demonic empire! Come, I have a circle of kumbaya singers waiting for us to join them. We can use your soldiers' heat to roast marshmallows!

When started the game i said we would switch to 48 on majority vote. Right now it seems only Kel wants to switch, but I do not want to cause a stale turn by returning to 24 hr schedule.
So it's kinda on you atm Kel, can you handle 24, or is that going to put you in an untenable position?

If you want to switch it back to 24 on the next hosting, I will be ok. I just figured 48 would just be 'safer' but if noone else wants it, I am not going to stink about it

Alright, I am going to have to eat my words. Daily activities (plus game activities ) are making meeting the 24h deadline really tough and I figure if we aren't switching at turn 40'ish, probably no-one will want to later. It was stated that it was a majority vote, though, so I am completely cool with trying to find a sub ! It's a good empire and set up pretty good so I won't be passing a dog to anyone
You all know anyone who might be interested ? I would be happy to brief them on the state of affairs or whatever they need.

Well, i certainly would prefer to switch to 48hr rather than lose a player. Especially a good opponent!
And, truth to tell, I just barely got my turn in w/o staling this time around.
