Re: Newbie PBEM - looking for players. Possibly RP
Oh, sorry! I didn't notice you wrote 'one of you'.
And yeah, I got your 4 turn all okay.
On an open dry plain, two forces of men were nearing each other with the intent to kill.
One of the forces was composed of men defending their homeland, defiant against invaders they considered no more than greedy thugs.
The other force was better disciplined and had blessing from one that would call himself a god.
Mialm the chronicler writes:
"Humans living above ground would be worthy foes, if they were not divided. In a direct confrontation of equally sized forces, Agharthan shield-wall and superior training prevails over their often lackluster forces. Yet the unit I am accompanying is too small to take the fight further. We are told that the riches from caves bought us a unit of mercenaries to join us in a few days. I can only hope the scum do not plan to just take the gold and take off. I do not trust humans from above the ground, and so do many oracles."

The glory of Falahd
Falahd is life, and Falahd is death, and swamps are a manifestation of his will. In them are combined death and life, the rotting vegetation and decaying corpses, and the seething creatures that bubble in the murky waters.
His breath billows out from the sacred water and touches all. In some his touch is made manifest as death, and in some, as life. Both are equally blessed. There is no reason to fear, and all earthly suffering pales in comparison to the glorious afterlife you will partake in if you but embrace his aspect.
Excerpt from In Death is Life, In Death is Death by Abubu, prophet of the true God.

Re: The glory of Falahd
Turn 6 sent.
It's true, more than 24 hours passed. I gone to sleep yesterday before getting Abysia's turn that night. I thought that it's more reasonable to wait for Abysia to arrive in the morning(so it did) then to host right away. It might be that 24 hours is a scheudle that I myself could have problem with meeting...

Re: The glory of Falahd
The South Campaigners, liberated an independant province from the shackels of iron, in a glorious and swift battle.
After the province was liberated, observant scouts saw a great nation neighbouring the newly liberated province.
A messenger was sent to the leader of that nation.
(((This time an ingame message, because the PM I sent to *other player* was never replied to.
If you think you are going to be contacted by me, then expect a messenger next turn.)))

Re: The glory of Falahd
- We captured few fugitives from north My Lady. They are talking about army of people with hooves, creatures with red-burning eyes drinking blood of defeated enemies... army they couldn't resist. They kill to worship their untrue God! We must watch them My Lady, our lands on the north may be in great danger. I gave orders to sent our forces to northern provinces, spys are watching, we need to know more about those creatures...
- VERY WELL. WE SHALL SEE VARU, TIME WILL SHOW...

Re: The glory of Falahd
Tun 7 sent. I hope i'm not behind the scheudle again. I have to say that with my current RL scheudle, it's more likely the interval will be 30 hours rather than 24. Still, I think it's better to be a little late than to cut away somebody's turn because it gets sent after i'm already asleep.
