Orion Empire Shipset v5 - New AI ...

Finally after several months of late nites watching the AI's insane behavior drive me mad.. the ORION EMPIRE has a new AI!

I also fixed a couple of images. See the read me file

I have posted the update on the shrapnel mod forum since PBW is down.
