I am playing on a no warp holes at start game, Now there is a AI that has no warp holes to anywhere, and has the gravatational shield sthingy that stops me from opening them to his sector, is there anything i can do to get in there?

nope, unless you have contact - then you can send intel operatives, and sit with crossed fingers untill they bLast the facility away
