A.I. Files are Missing

I downloaded Race Files from variuos sites for SEIV 1.84 . Some of the files are missing

AI_Anger
AI_DesignCreation
AI_Fleets
AI_General
AI_Politics
AI_Research
AI_Settings

1. One of the races has only one file (AI_General).
Can this race use only this file.

2. Do I need AI files ..? Can the game ai handle these without them. if not are there a set of standerd files that I can use . and name them with the race that needs.

I Like the races I have I hope to Keep if i can get some info.
