Default Sphereworld help please!

Ok, I can't figure out how to build a sphereworld. I have three starbases. One has the gravitational components, one has the other component (cables), and the third has the sphereworld generator. They are in the same location at a star. But,when I try to generate the sphereworld, it tells me there aren't enough materials in the location. I can't unload the gravitation and cables. I can't perform the action when in a fleet. How the heck do you do this?

I assume it has to be done with 3 starbased as there isn't a ship design large enough to hold all 3 components.

You need more starbases. Each one only holds *one* plate or cable component for 10kT of materials each.

You need 100kT of each for a ringworld and 200kT for a Dyson sphere. So you need 10 of each base for a ring, and 20 of each type of base for a sphere. (You only need 1 of the "make it all work" component bases.)

Actually, good sir, you require only 5 of each plating and cable (each is 2000kt, and you need 10000kt, so 10000/2000=5)

The two will hover, spinning inches above the ground. With a giant buttered cat array, a high-speed monorail could easily link New York with Chicago.
