Spell Effects Database?
I have searched Sunray's Grimorie, but it is more a list of requirements and gem costs.
http://www.bl23c.com/arryn/downloads/dom2spells.xls
I have searched Darryl's Grimorie, but it is an even more detailed list of requirements, gem costs and fatigue.
http://www.sangster.org/dominions/grimorie.php
Can anyone provide me a link to a database which discusses how many water gems I'll get for Maelstrom or what percentage increase I will see in resource production for Riches from Beneath, for example? Has anyone already done the work of compiling such information?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Re: Spell Effects Database?
Unfortunately my time is limited, I have nearly completed the Ritual Quick Ref which will have this information availiable in it. Which reminds me, there is a new Version of the MIQR out (with minor corrections) and the SCQR with National Summons.
You probably won't see the initial release of the RQR for at least another few weeks.

There is also an older Sunray's Gromoire
http://www.freewebs.com/sunraybe/spells.html
Much more useful, but it was made for Dom1. Still, about 80% of the info is useful for Dom2.
Cheers

Great, Phil!
And where have you been, my friend? Your website was down for quite a while.

For some reason (monthly bandwidth usage above 500 megs, hard to believe!) my first Dom2 site was down indeed, but I imediately made a miror site at
http://www.freewebs.com/dominions2
I dont think that my older Dom1 site had any problem, ever.

Glad to have your website at my fingertips again! I access that thing at least once a day!

Re: Spell Effects Database?
Et voilà, I updated my dom1 file. "That's not in the spell manual" for dom2 is now available at

Re: Spell Effects Database?
Thanks! That's pretty useful. One minor typo: You have Blood Rite listed twice instead of having one Blood lust. After looking through it I got some questions:
Does more Death skill not allow you to summon more Mandragoras? Is it just based on nature?
Do Resist Magic and Antimagic stack? I would assume not, but I'm not sure.
Does the fatigue for casting Reinvigoration/Relief kick in before or after the fatigue is removed?
Thanks a lot!

Re: Spell Effects Database?
Each + spell is only based off of the first element (the one using the gems)
So Crossbreeding is only affected by Blood Levels, Blood Rite only affected by Blood. Mandragoras by Nature, Claymen by Water, etc.
AFAIK Reinvigoragion is broken, but Relief is applied after Fatigue is generated.
