Cursed Microsoft!!!

Ok, I had been running 2 multiplayer games on my old Windows ME box, but it kept getting attacked by trojans and the like. So, I copied the game folders, scrubed the hard drive, and did a clean install of Windows XP.
Now, I dont have any trojans, but the box (866mhz) runs like a turtle, and two games concurrently just crashes each other after turns have been run. Or more accurately, they hang.

I could not get the saved games to work after the scrub; I thought all I needed was the gameName folder, and all the files inside it?

If anyone can tell me how to transport via floppy a server game from one box to another (to host) I would appreciate it.

Make sure your dominions Version is the same as the dominions Version of the gamefiles.

Apart from that, the only files you need to host are the .2h files of all player nations and the fthrland file in a directory named of your choice.

At least to my experience. I've been passing host control to and fro before...
