Okay first question is this "Does Aaron actually look at this stuff?" .

Now for the real questions:

1. Will we be seeing Pirates in SEV, by that I mean just a random ship out of nowhere that decides to attack one of your ships or something, because one thing I loved about the starfury Demo was the appearance of pirates at just the right moments to make me angry
And I did post in the Suggestions thread that we have pirates and the like but I dunno if Aaron actually saw them or not and am figuring probobly not.

2. Will we get to see Freighters and the like? Because the one thing that kind of bugged me about SE4 was the fact that I'd have one empire completely and totally cut off from another and they'd still be getting rich of their allies?
Again I posted a suggestion to have freighters and the like but I dunno if they were ever seen by anyone.

So please forgive a guy for asking questions that may have already been answered but it's been a LOOOONG time now since I've checked these forums out and a LOT has changed since then.

Aaron has stated that he has gone through the wishlist thread and added all of the suggestions to his master file.

If you send in suggestions to se5 at malfador dot com, they will definitely be looked at.

1. Where will be Monsters instead of Pirates (judging from Aaron's info). It will appear from nowhere, it'll eat your planet and vanish in eternal space (quite dramatic, eh?).

2. Unknown. Although trade model will be improved it won't be radically different from se4 model.

1. OOOOooh monsters As long as they are done well then I will be happy to see em, if however they are done like Godzilla the American Version then (gag)

2. I'd kind of like to see freighters play a part in it but I guess it's not absolutely necessary is it?

3. Okay new question, when is SEV expected to release I've heard anywhere from DECEMBER 2005!!!!!!!! to June 2005, anyone know which is more likely?

Here's a wacky question

It was stated in the chat, and reiterated in your list, that the game will be "Minimum 1024x768 resolution...Higher resolutions will be able to display more of the system map at once"

My question is : I don't suppose there will be support for multiple monitors? Alternately, if the game looks and acts more like windows, then will we be able to expand it to fill two, three or more monitors? SE V on my whole wall man! My wife will kill me of course, but, hey, might as well use all the monitors for something productive...err...
