Never read the books, remember watching the original movies, not very good, the characters just annoyed me. This one looks good though, think I will go see it.

Ya I saw the previews for this a while back. I remember when my teacher in 4th grade read the books too us. They were cool. The first book ever read to me that effected me emotionally was the Where The Red Fern Grows The part where the kid gets the axe in the gut and coughs up blood before dying. Still sad and disturbing.
Say does any one remember a movie about a mongus named Rikki Tiki Tacki or something like that? I seem to recall a cartoon on it but have not been able to find it.
