Multi planet per sector bug

While searching for Targets of Opportunity within enemy territory, when I looked at a planet that had a moon, it was showing an Enemy Colony flag on one of the planets. This is in a sector that I have NO current view of. This only seems to happen for locations that have multiple planets.

Has anyone else noticed this problem and reported it to Aaron?

See attachment if my words aren't clear. I am the Phong and shouldn't be able to see the EEE colony. This is playing the Balanced Mod.

I've noticed this with single-planet views as well, but I haven't been able to pin it down.
