The first one to post on a game on my server is "running" the game as far as Im concerned. I host them but I dont "run" all of them.

This has gone thru a weekend (busy time here) without getting that last player. Id recommend that you go ahead and hit the start button with 3 players.

While it would be nice to have 4 players, I think we should take Gandalf's recommendation and start the game.

Argh! I don't understand why people sign up for these games and then don't participate. At the very least, they should use these forums to communicate when they are going to need to take some time off (life happens). Given a heads up, I am sure most players would be willing to delay hosting to accommodate.

In this game, Man has staled turn 1. If they stale turn 2, they are going to be at a significant disadvantage.

I also make it easy with the chk page so they dont have to load dominions in order to check the game.

If they stale turn 3 Id be willing to AI them. I think thats enough missed turns on a blitz. Or we can ask for a sub.
