The description says only living units are affected. The manual says all units are affected. Which is right?

Thanks in advance for the info (I assume the answer is known and I don't have to test it even though I could not find anything searching the forum).

It's a decay effect, and decay does affect undead so I say the manual is correct. However, the description is also correct because undead units generally have insanely high maxage and so don't generally care about aging.
