Hello, I am looking for someone who is well known and respected in the Dom community to assess a win claim for me, and to pass verdict on whether or not it is a valid claim. The process would involve being sent 4 zipped turn files from one nation, and then confirming that at the start of each turn, the required capitals were all under the control of the same nation. (the files will be of consecutive turns from the game CarCrash)

I'm guessing it shouldn't take that long to do, maybe 20 minutes, as I'll provide all the info needed, like the very helpful province numbers for the capitals. So for each turn it would be a simple case of using the goto province key (#) entering each capital province number, confirming that it is controlled by the nation making the win claim, and then repeating that process for all four turn files to confirm that that nation was in control of all those provinces on each consecutive turn supplied. And maybe confirm that the provinces controlled are actually the capitals as well (easy to tell from the special sites).
