Default Maximum shots filter

I was playing a delay scenario and I found out I wasn't using the Opfire management with my AT gun simply because I would only fire a few shots during my turn, too keep the gun hidden. Wouldn't be nice to have a feature to let you decide how many shots may a unit fire during it's turn. This could for instance affect only the overwatch hex, so you may still keep unlimited shots for point blank range. I tried a search but cannot match terms, and I don't know if game already does this, but doesn't look so to me.

No it does not.

You can only manage the number of shots you personally fire in your phase.

You cannot in the op-fire phase, other than by using filtering (standard Y key or enhanced) to stop fire or only fire at selected types. If it is a valid target, it fires if it has shots (or rolls a skill roll if 0 shots remain).
