				 Dominions in Westeros--Scenario Help Request
Hi! I have been playing SP for a while, and a few MP games among friends, but nothing online.
We are fans of A Game of Thrones (HBO series and series of books, for those who may not know), and want to set up a Westeros Dominions game. If anyone on here is a fan of the series and has ideas for which nations to stand in for which faction, or can help us figure out how to use the map creation function, many thanks.

Obviously, this would be a more high-fantasy reimagining of the world of the series.

 My ideas:
 Stark: EA Ulm
 Lannister: MA Marignon
 Wildlings: MA/LA Jotunheim
 White Walkers: EA Helheim
 Daenerys/Dothraki: LA Tien Ch'i
 Highgarden/Tyrells/Renly: LA Man
 Stannis Baratheon: LA Marignon
 Dorne: Machaka?
 Iron Islands/Greyjoys: LA Vanheim
 Night Watch: ?

Also, I was trying to figure out how to upload a picture and turn it into a map, and how to assign a specific nation to a specific starting spot, but I can't figure out how. Any help?

I did, but I think I'm confused at an earlier point. How do I get my picture in .tga or .rgb format? I have .jpg and .bmp format pictures. What program should I use?
Sorry for being so technically incompetent, the manual looks like it will be useful once I get past these basic things.

For the record I believe lCH or someone uploaded a westeros map in here somewhere, though I'm not sure where it is. You may want to have a look for that before you go making one yourself.
But you need a program like gimp and just save the file as a .tga, it's pretty easy.

Yep, get GIMP (google it). It's an open source image editing program that will make it very easy to save as .rgb or .tga. |

Not sure anyone ever got around to doing the latter though (or if they did I don't recall them posting the result).

Here's a link to the images in any case.
