Ministers

Easy question - I can't seem to turn on my ministers (ie in the activation sense rather than any other)

How do I do it?

ummmm.....

It's under the crown button, I think. Some of them are global ministers (turn them on and they do their thing), some individual ministers (turn them on and then you can selectively put individual ships/planets under their control).

I tried the button you are referring to (I think) when trying to set up the transport minister but it didnt seem to work - anyone know how one know's if your minister is set up?

I believe after you turn the transport minister on globally, you have to go back to your existing transports and toggle the minister for that ship?

If a ship is under minister control, one of the status icons will be a mannikin head.

There's also a setting in Empire Options (IIRC) to put all newly built ships under minister control.
