I was wondering if there is an online or pdf document similar to the one for winSP mbt located here

No, there's none. Maybe if you ask Cross he would make you one (that PDF manual for SPWW2 was made by Cross). But I believe he's more WinSPWW2 oriented.

I did convert both the SPWW2 and SPMBT guides to PDF.

Both have newer HTML versions, but these PDF guides are still useful, and easier to search.
