Just send in a request via out helpdesk and Customer Support will look into it.

It is very likely that some got lost in the shuffle, but I know most have been setup.

I said no to sending in the rebate. I wanted to do what I could to support the continued development efforts of both SEIV and other games by MM and Shrapnel.
