I'm trying to find a post I made a long time ago that analyzed the planetary conditions and reproduction and such. But, whatever I enter into the search field, it won't return any Posts from earlier than October 30. I'm using my member number, 1794, to narrow the search, but I can't find any older Posts.

Re: Searches
Yea, I had the same problem yesterday but thought it was on my part. Strange.

Re: Searches
Have you tried going back into the old SEIV forum?

Re: Searches
I cannot duplicate the problem. I did a search just now and got hits all the way back to 2001. Maybe it was a temporary problem and they fixed it.

Hmmm... Still doesn't work for me. For example, I'm user number 2950. A search by my number gives 29 topics -- and I've answered more than that.
Likewise, a search for "Arkcon" brings up a couple of results.
I wanted to see what I wrote for "combineing mods", but that search brought up nothing written by me. I had to click on the forum pages one at a time to find my entry. Ummm ... in the process I read many others by other people and saw that mine weren't particularly insightful ... but still the forum search is not able to find what I know is there.

Re: Searches
Combining mods search
You can try google, too
Here is a generic shrapnel seach setup. Just add your terms to the end.
And spelling "combining" the proper way might help too

Re: Searches
I noticed that as well. My old Posts are still there, I just have to search for them manually
I was gonna just cut and past something into the newbie guide. But I can write it again, once I get one of those round tuits.
