So is this site set up to work in conjunction with PBW?

The system here is not connected electronically to the PBW system at this time. However, PBW should certainly be used to play the actual games, so in this way the two are supposed to be used in conjunction.

I hope to be communicating with the PBW admin to discuss a way of connecting our two systems so the setup only needs to be gone through once (although currently this extra step is not too inconvenient). I plan to make a number of big changes in the future, anyway.
