Another thread that might become polemical...
I would choose, tied for first place, Andres Lescano and Atrocities (even if he doesn't answer quickly to its private Messages...

) both for the profusion and the quality of their work.
John beech and Hadrian Avantime come not far behind, too bad they are no more in the neighbourhood
