Undead killed by native holy force??

It usually means there is some hidden site which burns your undeads. You don't and you can't get rid of this. Find it out and enjoy the gem income.

Or it's because of another player has casted a global which kill undead (e.g. Purgatory). Dispel the globla or stay away from the dominion of your enemy.
