I'd go with a "Caelian Ice Age" theme, including polar bears and sabertooth cats. Maybe even sabertooth cherries... rowr! They'd be sacred of course.

And a new Capitol special site, the Slippery Glacier: Enter to Summon Ice Elementals (size 3). The commander also has a chance (5%) of breaking his neck

In fact... this goes in CherryMod

In my mod experiments changes to unit stats took effect immediately in in-progress games if you close and open dom2. Didn't try modifying nation stats in progress but I would assume it is the same.

The caelum cold fixing mod has been uploaded to
www.illwinter.com/dom2/mods.html

New mods won't affect games already in progress, so this is only good for games that haven't started yet.
