1) 89x89 pixels though a hex appears to by only 50 pixels across so icons larger than this will bleed into the surrounding hexes.
2) approximately 150 mm or 6" per pixel
3) Adjust the crosshairs in ShpEdit using the SP fix button to set the centres of rotation of the chassis and turret.
