Order is found in ones self for chaos accompanies external direction. Be led astray neither by the lure of a paternalistic confinement, nor the opiate of the void. Only from inner reflection can enlightenment be found, seek truth within yourself.

Those who look for order in the void will waste their lives looking for it, trying to understand.

Those who look for order in contemplation will find out that they wasted their lives doing nothing, and have become too old and too unused to action to implement anything they learned.

Those who narrow order down to the letter of the law, and narrow the law down to the power of steel, will lead short and violent lives, and accomplish no order, but only chaos.

Those looking for order should come visit the great city of C'tis, and see the workings of our society, where everyone knows his place from the moment he is born to the moment he lays down his life in the service of his people.
