Re: Loemendor PBEM: Scenario based mayhem!
Well, this is no easy map. Utgård for example, desperately needs gold, resources and supplies and thus has to expand very aggressively. Imagine hungry giants coming down from the mountains to plunder and pillage for food and for gold.
As you might have noticed I've done this map conversion in the spirit of thematic game play, meaning balance isn't perfect, although it's not bad either. I would like to think of it as somewhere in between; every nation has its chance on winning if played right. Some just have fewer options in the beginning, which adds to the pace and character of the nations.

 | Sorry, but Bogarus didn't exist when I first modified the map, and I like the thematic "Well of Urd" in the start province. Maybe I switch Utgård for them someday (or you can do it yourself). |

Dedas, for the benefit of those of us who have played plenty of MP games, but none on Llamaserver, would you kindly explain how we address emails and what to put in subject line, etc?
 Thanks

Nice changes, now i can actually build units in my capital .

I hope it is no bad sign, that on my first test game, bogus conquered my capital on turn 10 |

 A tip to you Hadrian:
Across the sea your capitol is also linked to a nice forest. That means you have to good resource provinces initially. Just beware of the natives on that foreign soil. |

A tip to everyone:Scattered around the map are a handful sites of high magical power; ruins, strange houses in the swamp, abandoned graves etc. Be sure to look there for the otherwise scarce (in LA) magic sites.

				 Game starting
Ok, all pretenders uploaded. The game will commence as soon as Llamabeast sends out the turns. Three things to remember:
* 24h auto host. So be quick or be stalled. If you can't make it tell in advance and I will delay the game a day or two.

* Sheap's diplomacy "rules" are in effect - read them if you haven't! If you don't agree with them, now is the time to say it.

* If you believe perfect balance is the essence of fun you have joined the wrong game (and bought the wrong one as well.)

Good luck everyone! |

I think we were waiting for the new patch. Maybe? And it's here!
So, patch away, everyone! Please don't forget to leave a copy of the 3.14 dominions around, especially if you're in any other MP games.
