Repair ships and other newbie questions

Answers:

1a. Repairs happen automatically between turns. Just park the repair ship in the same sector. Better yet fleet it with the damaged ship. Bring fuel if your repairing engines.

2a. PLANET SPACEYARD: You need a resupply facility. When you start refitting ships at a space yard you will find a resupply facility helpful when upgrading engines.

2aSS. SPACE SPACEYARDS: Space stations have infinite supplies. Supplies are shared with the fleet between turns. So you would have to spend a turn fleeted there.

3a. I used it twice. Transport Minister???. Only give it little transports to handle. Bigger transports can almost depopulate a planet and really confuse the minister. These bigger transports tend to hang around that planet.
