I doubt Mictlan is at Cons8, he's probably full into Blood. I bet it's Marginon this whole time, just trying to throw off suspicion!

I haven't even reached Const6 yet. Maybe it's been Arco all along, trying to pass off as weak again, hoarding all artifacts and sowing discord among us

But some people can have 8+8 already, so he can have Blood8 demon summons and uniques to equip them.

Yep, it has to be Mictlan, it's always the quiet ones. I bet he will very soon start sending his artifact-equipped demon lords and Chalice-healed tartarians at us, while Wishing for Armageddon twice per turn and softening up the remaining indy provinces with Flames from the sky.
