Actually, that first crystalline infestation looks pretty neat. Maybe if you made the "shafts" of the crystals bigger around, and less of them... And lost the flowers of course. I wouldn't know how to generate something like that myself. Maybe he knows.

I have a queston: how does it work in a battle

1. the ships that fly through it get damage
2. it slowly kills off crew members

I think the flowers can be changed to crystal blulb that glows

other then that I like it so far
