 I'm pretty sure for some people it's not the amount of time per turn, but just the frequency with which they can get computer time to actually deal with the turn..... |

 Just calm down you guys, it's on 48h hosting for a few turns now, and turns have been coming every day anyways.  He just wants that cushion in case his schedule is demanding on one day or other.
 And regardless, Francis was going to set it 48h anyways, as between work and school, his whole schedule is generally pretty demanding.
