Polish Challenger

I would like to suggest a small tweak for the Polish OOB: bring forward the availability start date for the Challenger (spob02/ Unit 546).

The Challenger was used by the 10th Mounted Rifles Regiment (1st Polish Armoured Division) in NW Europe from November 1944 onwards.
