Re: War-related phrases ingame
It was what the Lafette tripod could do automatically
Quote:
Another unique feature of German World War II machine guns was the Tiefenfeuerautomat feature on the Lafette 42 tripod. If selected, this feature mechanically controlled the rise and fall of the gun, elevating the gun for five rounds and then depressing it for four rounds. It lengthened the beaten zone by walking the fire in wave like motions up and down the range in a predefined area. The length of the beaten zone could be set on the Tiefenfeuerautomat.

Re: War-related phrases ingame
It's going a bit slow, but it takes shape. Here is a picture. Don't be irritated from it, after all it will get the "look and feel" we need. It is formatted as "standardized book page" this way a lector has easygoing in making marks and suggestions between the booklines. A friend of mine, a professional, will do this later on. The next day's i can't work on it, but that's okay cause Don and Andy should decide if the coming passages will be in either personal appeal: "Du, dein" or in a reticent way like: "Sie, ihr". It is because i cant and i dont want to take their pictures and intellectual property and give them a feeling of beeing passed. I only want to make a absolutely correct translation, one for which Camo Workshop does not need to be ashamed of. (And hopefully this will make more people start with SPWW2) Besides, if i get Alzheimer one day, i will need it too.

I have, just by now, seen the recommended Kompozer. It is a fantastic little program. I am thrilled about it.

I discovered it when I had to rebuild my HDD after it started failing and I couldn't find my old Dreamweaver CD ( I have since found it ....) but Kompozer is a MUCH quicker responding program for what I want it to do. Dreamweaver was dead slow in comparison. I was quite surprised the first time I tried it and made a save how quickly it processed the change.
