Weapon Platforms @ Warp Point - Newbie Question

Arkcon also says:

you can't create a warp point that connects two systems when there already is a warp
point that connects the systems.

I would think a way around it would be to use the Gravitational Condensor to destroy the warp point and then use the Gravitational Quantum Resonator to open a new one.

But maybe the "unnamed" facility prevents the use of the Gravitational condensor?
