Depends what you mean by "many".
Sure it's not millions, but probably in the thousands.
But most folks aren't really interested in simulations.
They want "bang bang shoot em up real time first person action".
Try your typical zerg rush in WinSPMBT the AI will eat you for lunch, and another player won't even break a sweat.
