WinSPMBT 9.1 CTD help needed!

Well due some strange reason my WinSPMBT seems not to work today

... It worked ok yesterday. Main window (gameoptions.exe) comes as it should but when I press "play" it CTD. I have not installed any mod etc. lately, so I can't find reason for this

. So, any help/advice? Do I have to reinstall whole game or not?
