OK, so after playing a lot of standard SEIV, I decided to download the TDM modpack of which I'd heard so much and give it a whirl.

I haven't tried this, but one way to avoid the dance might be to use tractor beams in a large enough mount.

you can also click on the wpn to deselect it, fire the shield depleters, then reclick the group (which IIRC reslects all the wpns) It's kind of a pain.

IIRC, a base satilite component is 30-40 ktons, and holds 70 ktons of cargo. with a computer core, that's 60 ktons of wpns.
So you get about double your fire power, at the cost of the satilites...

Pods, as done in the HH books, were single shot. So if you did custom componenents, you should have a reload rate of 30.
Has anyone tried using a tractor to tow a satillite? I imagie it won't...

Resource Converter - Does not work automagically. If you click on the planet with the converter, you get a new icon in the upper right. Click it, and you can pick what resources you want to convert...
