I played the After Infamy scenario as U.S. and absolutely no U.S. Amphib groups throughout the entire game, so I confirm this bug.
The game completed with the Japanese surviving past the end date...

Missing Manual In Download Version
Hi guys - great game. Played a lot of WW2 games in my time and this is a real joy to play but where is the manual? I bought the download version and there is no manual included!
Also, maybe it is...
