agree. SAMs in SP have a hard history. I remember debating Jim Worth on them. I created a mod that doubled ACC which improved the situation. Those values were adopted more or less in future...

From a pure armor piercing standpoint, the 2pounder (40mm) gun was one of the best AT weapons of the early war period. But generally Commonwealth units armed with this weapon only had AP shot...

Thanks. all good advice. In this scenario i ran into several issues:

1) distance to cover
2) close quarters fighting.
3) artillery delay


in regards to 2), even with a good smoke screen...
