As far as the massive shield generator just do what I did. I modded it to generate phased shielding instead of normal shielding and bumped up the shield strength from 5000 to 50000. Makes it a much...

So what we're talking about here is modding the emmisive to mimic organic armor. The only problem I see with that is that then takes away an advantage with the organic ability.

This has probably already been asked and answered but does emissive armor stack? ie; if I have two components that ignore 40 points each is my total 80? Or is only one component per ship active?

Just want to say that this is my favorite ship set. It's the one I personally use. For me it's the Vrok Imperium. I even arm them to their looks. Torpedo's in the nose and ppb on the wing...

So I can add abilities but not armor. And any ability I add will remain with the hull regardless of what components go into it. That could make for a very powerful platform with some serious built in...
