Generally, after anywhere from 10-60 minutes of play the game will crash on me. While I get no error messages when it crashes in the world map, when viewing a battle it will usually give me an OpenGL...

Actually, I tried to load up the Homeworld Scenario, but it simply gave me an error and failed to load.

In order to use this mod, do you have to create a new player race? I only ask this because no races show up in the add existing.

If I recall correctly, isn't there a user made program out there that lets you use mods, without having to reinstall SEIV if you want to play with defaults when your done?

Well, I wasn't the MEE, but I did have ships in their systems as well as colonizing a few planets in their systems as well.
