Ok, so it seems like your ship takes 60% of the damage you can deal and the enemy takes 100% so if you have a 200 dmg warhead thats 200 dmg for them and only 120 for you. That's a pretty good...

Can't you retrofit a cloaked ship? If all this is true, you could essentially build a supply ship lets say with a cloaking device, cloak it, then retrofit the cloaking device off and add more...

I completely disagree, this is not a bug at all. Think of it this way, you create Counter Intelligence facilities and they are blown up, you have no counter intelligence employees to stop anything...

No I mean if player A has 50,000,000,000 stored counter intel points and I kill player A's intel facilities (or cause riots) and he creates 0 intel points a turn, he CAN NOT stop ANY intel attacks...

Problem is, in a game with 12 players, someone can't remove all their stuff from their ships to just take on a Talismaned fleet. They have to have all the extras to go fight the other races as well....

My problem with defending planets is that it's a lot of time/resources/units to sit around and wait to do something. I have some bases in my sector, tons of satellites, mines, etc and in 150 turns...

You don't have huge sweeps? Don't you lose a ton of ships? I always have 5-10 mines above my planets to mess with people with no sweeps and usually quite a few mines on warp points to try to catch...
