For me Galciv was a fantastic game
Maybe i am not a hard core 4 x gamer but it felt more like a game than Moo3 or even SE IV.

BTW: MoM was great. Now there are at least 3 turnbased fantasy games in the works. One is "MOM2" from Firaxis (yes Sid does it again) the second is "Elementals"...
